Ana and Matt La Caille Groomal Session

We didn’t have a ton of time on the day of the wedding of Ana and Matt at La Caille, so we went back two days later and spent some great time shooting their formal groomal pictures. La Caille is such a beautiful location and I was happy to be back again doing more photography there. Carissa of Dulce Photography once again came to be my wingman. I absolutely love shooting in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. Urban groomal sessions are one of my favorites to photograph. Amanda and Blake Anniversary Session Groomals . Salt Lake City Utah LDS Temple

Here is a super fun session I did for Amanda and Blake the end of last month. They have been married for a couple of years and wanted to hire me for some groomal pictures at the Salt Lake City Utah LDS Mormon Temple and to finish the session off at a blooming orchard. I don’t use props much for sessions so it was fun when Amanda and Blake brought some books and other props to use at the orchard. Amanda is also a photographer and you can view her work HERE. Tess and Kimball . The Workshop Session

So on April 16th I taught another full day wedding photography workshop in Layton, Utah. Tess and Kimball were so kind to come and model for me just 2 days after I had shot their groomals in Salt Lake City These two are just so darn easy to photograph and so good looking. As we were shooting in Kaysville, a mailman drove by and was yelling catcalls and obscene things to Tess haha, we were all busting up laughing. Here are some of my favorites from the session.

Tess and Kimball Groomals . Super Cute Vintage Bouquet

Meet the ever adorable Tess and Kimball. They wanted a fun vintage style groomal and bridal session in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah, so that’s what we went for. Tiffany was able to come along on this session as well to assist What better way to spend a date night than hanging around two soon to be wed lovebirds like Kimball and Tess. They are such a perfect pair and we all had each other laughing so hard. Tess and Kimball really enjoy going on road trips and hitting up random antique shops together. My jaw dropped when Tess showed me her bridal bouquet made out of antique broaches that she had collected along with some from her mom and grandmother. I’m sure some will ask, so I will tell you now that the “I Do” written on the bottom of her shoes were really on there, Tess wrote it with a marker, it was not photoshopped I can’t wait for their wedding in May at the Salt Lake City LDS Mormon Temple, it’s gonna be off the hizzy.

Niloufar and Mike Groomals . Salt Lake City Utah LDS Temple

Meet Niloufar and Mike. This lovely couple flew in from Minnesota to be married here in the Salt Lake City Utah LDS Temple. We met up a day before the sealing to shoot their groomal shots. These two just sparkled with love and my intern Carissa and I had a great time getting to know these guys in person. We finished up in the Joseph Smith Memorial Buidling which is where their reception was going to be held. I can’t wait to share with you guys their wedding, they had a Persian Ceremony which was simply magnificent…. so stay tuned

Whitney and Nic Groomals . Vintage Style in Layton Utah

Here is some groomals I photographed for Whitney and Nic in the Fall around the Layton, Utah area. I absolutely loved Whitney’s dress and bouquet as well as how dashingly handsome Nic was in his suit. Nic even brought along his Harley Davidson motorcycle for some shots in the session. I can’t wait to show you guys their wedding photography that I shot in Logan, Utah. It was super awesome and had killer details. Ashley and Kyle Groomals

I had such a great time with Ashley and Kyle on their groomal session. I was excited when I met with them for the first time about being their wedding photographer because they are such a cute couple together. Plus I always enjoy shooting at the Salt Lake City Utah Temple, which is where they were gonna be getting married. They wanted a natural look for their session so we headed up the weber canyon to try and catch the last of the fall colors. We then finished the session in the Layton area. Kyle and Ashley are just the sweetest people ever and I can’t wait to blog their wedding pictures here are some of my favorites from the session.
