I heard this song forever and a day ago and fell in love with the Cary Brothers. Then a week or two ago they released a new album that contains my absolute favorite song titled “Can’t take my eyes off you” and I wanted to post that song this Monday but unfortunately it isn’t online anywhere right now, but head on over to iTunes and give that song a listen.

Hannah and Landon Reception

My bestest buddy Rachael Gapinski of Rachael Tyler Photography was in a bind a while back and needed me to shoot a reception for one of her couples, so I helped her out and shot Hannah and Landon’s reception at Aspen Landing Reception Center. They were an awesome couple and she was ecstatic the whole night. It was an awesome party and my awesome wife Tiffany came along to keep me company. Here were a couple of my favorite shots from the night.

Last week I had the joy and privilege of shooting engagements for Whitney and Josh. I was accompanied by my great friend and photographer Kirstin Roper. Josh had us all laughing and is such a hoot n holler. I am so stoked to shoot their groomals in a couple of weeks.

Love Reunited – God Be With You Til We Meet Again

Today the world lost one of the greatest women I’ve ever known. My great grandma Meacham passed away today and though we all will miss her, I am so happy that she will finally be reunited with her husband. She was married to my great grandpa for 68 years before he passed away many years ago. My great grandma was born 1/27/1913 and leaves behind 7 children, 42 grandkids, and 134 great grandchildren and many great great grandchildren. One of the things that amazed me most about my great grandma was the yearly birthday and anniversay cards. Every single one of her children, grandkids, great grandkids, and great great grandkids would receive a card for their birthday within a day or two of the date. It was amazing that she did this every single year without missing a beat. I always looked forward to receiving her cards every year and will miss receiving them. I was asked last year before Christmas to take this picture of her to send out with her cards. She was an amazing woman and one of the most faithful people I have ever known. I hope that I can honor her legacy by being a great person as she was. God Be With You Til We Meet Again Grandma, how joyful I am that you are at last with Great Grandpa and at peace.
