I wish I could bring back memories in such clarity that the moment relived is even sharper and more dramatic than actually being there—the way you do. My camera eludes me; blurry subjects taunt me; moments at my hand are forever lost. I’m so discouraged I’m about to sell my camera after years of trying. What do you suggest? Are you having another class? Would that even help if I don’t know how to use my camera—it’s so complicated and I must be a nutless nut!?!
man this looks like it was an awesome day… i call a spot at the next one!
Great job! I missed you at the 12 mile run
these are fabulous, especially that brunette with the brown sweater:) Thanks again for the wonderful experience you gave us to glean from the master. I learned so much and appreciate all you offered us. Thanks!!!
I love the ones of Sarah with the yellow against yellow. It just makes her face pop – so gorgeous!

Thanks for chiming in Megan, I was simply demonstrating how you could adjust certain colors by playing with the sliders, that’s not how I would actually edit it
Uh but you made the red on the bike really bizarre and the girl’s shirt had some weirdness too.
Whatevs.
Very straightforward tutorial! I appreciate it!
By the way, any off-camera lighting tutorials would be great in the future. There are many online but you have a gift for explaining things clearly.
Just a thought.
What lense do you use most often for Portrait’s? Thanks.
Thanks so much! Much appreciated!!!
great tip! i never knew quite how to use that luminance and hue adjustment! TOTALL works!
Good stuff Dustin! Do use ACR for all your processing rather than Lightroom?
thank you, once again!! your tutorials are amazing!! this is another item on my “to-learn” list that i can cross off!!
You’re amazing. I LOVE your photography and I LOVE your editing. Thanks for sharing.
