So after staying up all night after Abby and Matt’s wedding in Newport Beach, California, I boarded the plane at 6:30 AM for a short flight back to Utah for Stevie and Nick’s wedding. I was slightly tired after shooting all day the previous day and Stevie told me to take a nap and miss the getting ready shots, but I was a little too excited for this day and disobeyed herShanda came along to second shoot at the wedding and we had such a great time. We started the day at Phazes beauty salon in Kaysville and then headed to Memory Grove in Salt Lake City for all the action. Stevie once again looked stunning and Nick as handsome as ever. It was nice seeing all of Nick’s family again, and even nicer to finally meet Stevie’s family. The ceremony was supposed to be held outside, but it ended up raining most of the night. It’s good luck when it rains on your wedding day though and the rain didn’t damper Stevie’s spirit, she was a total trooper. Congratulations Stevie and Nick

Shanda and I had such an awesome time shooting the wedding of Cory Ann and Zach at the Mt Timpanogus Temple and reception at Thanksgiving Point. It was a very emotional wedding and it was hard to get through the luncheon with blurry watery manly crying eyes. Thank goodness for auto focus. Mad props to Zach’s mom for doing all the flowers, bouquet, and centerpieces for the wedding, she did a killer job. Back to editing, three more killer weddings coming your wayso stay tuned.
